Holiday in Iceland, June 2004: Route, pictures

The map below shows our route. After landing on Keflavík international airport, we caught the transfer bus to Reykjavík and a domestic flight to Akureyri (see dashed line). There, we hired a car and drove it back to Keflavík, mainly along the eastern and the southern part of the ring road . We took plenty of time for sightseeing and hiking tours.
